Just one more comment. I think this would be stronger, and more helpful to those stuck in their thoughts, if you could share a method or link to a method/s that you found helpful.

That's an idea to consider for a future newsletter if I could narrow it down, but I thought mentioning separating fact from story was one example and I've found it to be very helpful. Thanks for the constructive feedback. It's something for me to think further on. : )

I was thinking about more on how to do that. Specific exercises, guided meditations that worked for you? Maybe I just missed the how.

Yes, Nancy. I used to think writing to the different genres, like historical fiction was hard, but you should see them now. I think the creator is hell-bent on stretching our imagination and insisting we grow as writers in unimaginably creative ways. I'm truly grateful to her and the rest of the editors. Do you know someone like her? 😉💕

Great article, Karen. I have been a pessimist most of my life because of all my challenges. But when kidney stones saved me from dying of cancer, I became more positive.

I've learned that while we'll still feel all emotions, including negative ones, it's how long we choose to stay looking through that lens that will determine how we navigate through the problem. I've always found you to be an upbeat person, Lynn, with a killer sense of humour and an optimistic outlook.
